Most labs charge separately for every panel. Ours is included, upfront, with no line-item surprises when your results come back.
Schedule your panel through the Cordova Health Collective platform. Complete it through an at-home draw or at a local partner lab, whichever fits your schedule.
Your care team reviews your results with you and explains what each biomarker means, not just a number sitting in a portal for you to interpret alone.
Your personalized plan gives you clear guidance across nutrition, movement, and medical care, built from your actual results and adjusted as they change.
Instead of a generic intake that assumes everyone’s starting point looks the same, we ask what you’re actually dealing with and build your first step around your answer, whether that means ordering your first panel, reviewing labs you already have, or moving straight into a plan.
Your base panel covers more than 70 biomarkers, pulled directly from your Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, CBC with Differential, and several targeted panels covering thyroid, iron, liver, and hormonal health, so your care team is working from a genuinely complete picture rather than a handful of numbers pulled from different tests over time.
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Creatinine is a waste product created by normal muscle activity and filtered out of the blood by the kidneys. Testing creatinine shows how well your kidneys are clearing waste, since levels rise when kidney function declines.
Calcium supports bone strength, nerve signaling, and muscle contraction, and its levels are tightly regulated by the body. Both high and low calcium can point to issues with the parathyroid glands, kidneys, or vitamin D levels.
Lipid Panel with Ratio
CBC with Differential
RDW measures how much variation exists in the size of your red blood cells. A higher RDW can help identify certain types of anemia, particularly those caused by nutrient deficiencies
Metabolic Health
HbA1c reflects your average blood sugar level over the past two to three months, rather than a single point in time. Elevated levels are used to diagnose and monitor insulin resistance and diabetes.
Thyroid
is the signal your pituitary gland sends to control thyroid hormone production. It’s typically the first marker checked to screen for an underactive or overactive thyroid.

Additional Markers
ApoB gives a direct count of the particles that carry cholesterol into your artery walls. It’s increasingly considered a stronger predictor of cardiovascular risk than LDL alone.
Phosphorus works closely with calcium to support bone health and is also involved in how your cells produce and use energy. Abnormal levels can be linked to kidney function or bone-related conditions.
